Columbia City Zoning

I know Manny was surprised about such big houses going in where only one was before on Edmunds. This map shows that the north side of Edmunds is zoned Low-rise 3 while the south side is single family. Also this pdf summarizes the different zoning types. It's fair to question what "single family" even means anymore when stories like this in West Seattle document bizarre lot lines being accepted by the city.
